This basement apartment for a young family of two underwent a complete renovation where everything existing was cleaned out.

 

All the electrical systems were changed and a new floor heating system was added, allowing us to keep the maximum height of 2,5m in all the rooms. Adjusting the location of new walls we created a new layout for the required spaces.

 

We managed to keep a rather spacious and open living room, bathroom, bedroom and even a tiny home office corner. Despite being a rather small apartment half way under the ground level, with clever planning the overall look is light, spacious and modern.
