Designed for family harmony, this three-bedroom penthouse in the heart of Uus-Veerenni offers a haven of tranquility designed for a growing family. All the finishing materials were already chosen so our concept for creating a calm and relaxing space for the whole family built on that.

We wanted to create a warm and cozy atmosphere by using oak veneer with a very specific dusty finish and limestone, combing them with different textures of the materials and a natural colour palette. The expansive open-plan living area exudes warmth and functionality. A natural colour palette complements the rich textures of the materials, creating a cohesive and harmonious space. Custom-made furniture seamlessly integrates into the design, maximising the available floor plan without compromising on everyday usability. A beautiful fireplace serves as a focal point, promising cozy winter evenings with ample firewood storage cleverly disguised as a display area.

All bedrooms provide ample storage solutions, ensuring a clutter-free environment. The master bedroom boasts a built-in bookshelf with a dedicated reading nook, offering breathtaking balcony views. The children's bedrooms, designed with adaptability in mind, cater to their current needs while anticipating future growth.
