This compact studio apartment is located in Kristiine in a freshly completed apartment building. Taking into consideration the restrictions of size and various needs, we tried to maximise the space with clever and functional solutions. Separating the zones with custom made built in furniture we accomplished plenty of storage, but also a lot of character and decoration possibilities to reflect the personality of the owner.

 

The overall aesthetic is clean and simple, to keep the small space as airy and open as possible. We added some pops of darker colours and a feminine touch with softer hues with metal finishings as contrast. All chosen materials are functional and durable, but also budget friendly. With great cooperation and clever solutions we created a modern and functional home.
