This private house is an ongoing project, in cooperation with the architectural office Luhse & Tuhal. The house, which will initially be used as a secondary summer and weekend home, is planned to be built for year-round use and with the possibility of becoming the main home for the family in the future.

The plot, located in a pine forest, surrounded by blueberry bushes and the sea, is a huge inspiration for the choice of materials and the overall design concept.

100% bespoke solutions are characteristic to this project, from custom made vanity units and wardrobes to construction details (like inverted parquet ceiling in the living room) and a staircase running through all four floors. The main finishing materials we use are Connemara marble, teak wood, cocoa-toned wide plank oak parquet in the living areas, whitened oak on the interior doors and wall panelling. We also use more rustic textiles like leather, linen, various carpets and rugs and mix bronze, metal and black accents.

The overall style is timeless and minimalist, yet warm and bold and characteristic to the client.
