This project was a re-modeling of a private house in Pärnu. The entire space on ground floor was divided into two guest apartments, both able to host up to 4-6 people.

 

The second apartment is a little bit smaller than the first one, still able to sleep 4 people. The custom made small kitchen has all the necessary equipment, opening to a nice and cosy little living room with an old brick wall. Because the smaller apartment has less natural light, the bedroom has been opened up with two sliding doors to create more of a flowing open space.

 

All the materials are carefully selected to give a cosy and welcoming feeling for your stay in the summer capital. The old brick walls have been cleaned and kept as an accent to the otherwise simple and clean space. Custom made furniture is combined with loose furniture to create a modern and simple ensemble, fitting to the budget of the client. Apartment 2 has a lighter tonality with light pinks and brass accents throughout all the rooms.
