We started working on this private house in the very early stages so everything about this home is tailored to the taste and style of the client and the needs of their family.

One important criterium for the selection of finishing materials were the family's two dogs. For that reason, we went with a scratch and animal proof LVT flooring on the ground floor and a whitened and brushed wide plank hard wood flooring on the more private first floor.

The house has northern, crisp grey tones, and for texture we use smooth surface oak veneer with a grey undertone, silky nanolaminate, dark rough cut smoked eucalyptus veneer, slightly rhythmic veneer panels with milled grooves and in all the wet rooms different ceramic tiles imitating concrete and natural stone.

The house is designed as a smart home and reflects the family with all their hobbies and interests as well as offering the opportunity to have a fully functioning home office for both family members.

The home will be spacious, bright and create a timeless environment with all the modern amenities and luxuries for a relaxing home.
